Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, and ticketed items in their original condition within 7 days of purchase, along with the original receipt.

  • Defective items are eligible for return or exchange.

  • Shoes must be returned in original condition, with protective film (if any) intact and original tags attached.

⚠️ Non-returnable:
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are missing tags cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Amzunit is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information, including:

  • Delays in shipping
