I’m writing to follow up on an issue with my recent order of the Croatian Home and Away kit. Initially, I ordered both in size XL, and I was informed by your team via phone that XL was out of stock and that size L would be substituted. I agreed to that change.
However, when my order arrived, I received the Away kit in the correct Large size, but the Home kit was sent in Medium, which was not what we agreed upon. I have tried reaching out to resolve this by phone and WhatsApp, but unfortunately received no response.
This experience has been disappointing, and due to the lack of support and incorrect delivery, I will not be ordering again.
