Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: Once your order is placed, please allow up to 1 business day to process and dispatch. You will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp as soon as the package leaves our warehouse. You can also message us anytime on WhatsApp at +971 56 887 7448 to follow up on an order.
Q: How long does delivery take?

- United Arab Emirates: Next-day delivery, or within 2 days at most.
- GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman): 5–7 working days.
Delivery is handled by our trusted courier partners across the region. If your order is time-sensitive (gift, match day, travel), let us know on WhatsApp and we'll do everything we can to prioritise it.
Q: Which countries do you ship to?
A: We ship across the UAE and the wider GCC — Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. For shipments outside these regions, contact us on WhatsApp for a custom quote.
Q: How much does delivery cost?
A: Standard delivery fees apply at checkout and depend on destination and weight. Free shipping promotions are announced via our Instagram @uaesportstores and email list.
Q: Can I exchange or return an item?
A: Yes. We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the day you receive your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. See our full Refund Policy for details, or message us on WhatsApp to start an exchange.
Q: Are your jerseys and shoes authentic?
A: We are a sports apparel retailer offering high-quality replica jerseys, fan kits, sneakers, and accessories at fan-friendly prices. Products are clearly described on each PDP. If you have questions about a specific item, ask us on WhatsApp before ordering.
Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Absolutely. Our checkout uses SSL encryption and is powered by Shopify, an industry-standard secure platform. We never store your credit card details — they are processed directly by our payment provider.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Find the product you want, select the size, click “Add to cart”, then proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping and contact details — and please double-check your phone number, since our courier and our WhatsApp support both use it.
Q: Do you offer cash on delivery?
A: Yes — Cash on Delivery is available across the UAE. Other GCC countries currently support card payments at checkout.
