Return Window
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible, your item must be:

Unworn or unused

With original tags attached

In the original packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

⚠️ Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
📦 A delivery charge of 25 AED applies to all returns or exchanges.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved:
